This was an individual assignment for the module CS2088 The Content Lab For Community Management.

The Marketing Executive of Joe & Dough provided the class a brief to create a social media post for Valentine's Day. 

Below was my first draft, which is a stop motion video in reverse:

Valentine's Day is a day for couples to celebrate their love and I wanted to show it through this stop motion of them sharing their food together while showcasing the products at Joe & Dough.

The ideas was also inspired by how Joe & Dough was founded on love, since the founders are a couple and the fact that their coffees are all handcrafted with ‘au naturel’ products. Hence, the tagline at the end: Founded on love, crafted with love.

However, the contents in the sandwich being laid out did not look appealing and therefore I came up with my second and final draft. 

In this improved version, I used coffee beans from Joe & Dough instead of their sandwiches to create a stop motion video. This way, there is more emphasis on their cup of joe and how it is handcrafted 'au naturel' from the coffee beans. 

This video provided greater meaning to the tagline 'Founded on love, crafted with love' as the coffee beans feature a couple, who are implied to be the founders of Joe & Dough.

It was an honour to have my final video shared by the marketing team at Joe & Dough on their Facebook on Valentine's Day!
